As the founder and Chief Creative Officer of Laird+Partners, Trey Laird has developed some of the most innovative campaigns for many of the world’s most iconic fashion and lifestyle brands – including Tommy Hilfiger, Tiffany & Co., Karl Lagerfeld, Jimmy Choo, Tom Ford, Calvin Klein, SoulCycle, Estee Lauder, Coty, Tory Burch, Rag & Bone, Chloé, Ferragamo, Zegna, Victoria Beckham and Belstaff.
After starting his career at Donna Karan, establishing the brand’s first in-house creative department, Laird founded L+P in 2002 and created many of GAP’s most iconic early advertising campaigns. He has also collaborated with some of the world’s biggest talents, including Beyoncé, David Beckham, Sarah Jessica Parker, Lewis Hamilton, Katy Perry, Anna Wintour, and Gigi Hadid.
Additionally, Laird incubates emerging talent and brands, including mentoring designers for The Council of Fashion Designers of America. Highly active in the art community, Laird is also a trustee on the Chinati Foundation Board in Marfa, Texas.
A 10+ year veteran of L+P, Jackie oversees overall operations and new business at Laird+Partners, ensuring we are providing the most effective solutions for our clients and our agency. Prior to that role she lead the account management team and several key accounts including Tommy Hilfiger, Gap and Coty brands.
Over the span of her 25 year career in advertising, Jackie has worked at diverse ad agencies, including Grey, KBS, and Margeotes Fertitta and Partners where she oversaw account management and a broad range of global clients including Godiva Chocolatier, ATT Wireless, Remy Martin brands, Tribeca Film Festival, Hasbro, and Coca Cola new product innovations.
Mike Karam brings nearly twenty years of experience to Laird+Partners, where he leads and shapes the agency’s strategic vision and offering. The architect of the agency’s Desire Driven Planning process, Mike has created a unique and refreshingly simple philosophy designed for modern thinking in the digital age. A thought leader in the industry, Karam often provides trade and editorial commentary, along with leading panel discussions and talks. Karam is also an Advisory Board member of MDC’s Venture fund, vetting investments and early stage startups.
Mike joined Laird from 360i, where he spent 5 years helping to grow the award-wining digital agency into an -integrated offering. Prior to 360i, Mike was at McCann Erickson and TAG (a unit of McCann) working on brands such as Levi’s, Coca-Cola, ABSOLUT, Nikon, XBOX and MasterCard.
Justin joined L+P in 2016 to lead the company’s Financial, Human Resources, and Information Technology operations.
In a career spanning over 20 years, Gee has served in a variety of finance leadership roles at many creative and content driven organizations including Havas, WPP, The Walt Disney Company and PepsiCo.
